Speech Pathology for Children
About Us
TIME 4 SPEECH is a mobile speech pathology service aimed primarily at children. We operate on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
We provide Speech Pathology assessments and therapy for preschool children and primary school children within the school / Kindergarten or day care centre.
SYMPTOMS OF SPEECH & LANGUAGE DIFFICULTY INCLUDE:
- difficulty understanding instructions
- unintelligible speech
- stuttering
- shyness in talking to a group
- voice problems eg husky voice
- difficulty with literary skills in early primary school
- difficulty interacting appropriately in social situations
- frustration at home or school
OUR AIM
Our service aims to improve your child's communication skills, literacy skills and overall confidence, through a professional, interactive and fun therapy setting.
SUPPORT
We encourage parents to support and practise with their children. Regular home practice within the family usually results in faster progress through the speech therapy program.
LOCATIONS
Assessments and speech therapy are provided in the Kindergarten, the school or in the day care centre.
